Through guided meditations featuring crystal singing bowls, breath work and Channeled guided mediations as well as specialized techniques developed by these experienced guides – you’ll open yourself up to new realms…maybe even UFOs in the sky. Each 2-hour session includes four stages: setting intention as a group; opening portals through focused breathing exercises; diving into meditation via sound bowl and gong vibrations; then journeying deep within ourselves under guidance from Rob and the entites he channels for that long sought connection with what lies beyond.
